If you’re collecting your JUCY Sydney car rental during our business hours, you’ll need to do the following to nab a seat on our free green-and-purple shuttle bus:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once you’ve grabbed your bag and cleared customs, give us a bell on 1800 150 850 and option #1, then #4 to order your free ride</li>\n<li><span>Please exit the terminal (domestic & international) and follow the GREEN priority pick-up signs and wait at the Priority pick-up area for our green and purple JUCY shuttle. Pick up point is located at a 4 mins walk from the terminal</span></li>\n<li>For car rental pick-ups, our last Sydney Airport shuttle collection time is 4.30pm on weekdays and 1.30pm on weekends</li>\n<li>If you’re already in the city, you’ll need to make your own way to us and an Uber or Taxi is going to set you back $15 - $20 approx</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2 class=\"font-apex fw-heavy h5 fw-ultra h6\">How do I get a shuttle to SYDNEY airport?</h2>\n<p>Once you have dropped off your JUCY wheels at our Sydney Branch you can jump on our free JUCY shuttle bus to the airport. Here’s how we make returning your JUCY hire car easy:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive to our branch at 286 Coward Street, Mascot, NSW 2020</li>\n<li>We recommend adding an extra 45 minutes to your schedule if you're planning to jump on our shuttle bus to the airport</li>\n<li>As you’re getting close to the branch, you’ll need to fill up the petrol tank. Our nearest gas station is BP Mascot</li>\n<li>Park your JUCY car rental, empty your belongings and pull out your Treasure Island skills as you dig deep for lost items. We’ve seen it all: left passports, electronic gadgets, and a weirdly high number of left thongs (that’s a flip flop to you). Can you clear any rubbish out at the same time, too, please?</li>\n<li>Hand in your key to our friendly crew. You’re now welcome to jump aboard the next shuttle to the airport. It’s free! The last bus goes at 4.30 pm on weekdays and 1.30 pm on weekends. We’ll see you next time, yeah?</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you’re returning your car after hours, read this:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow the steps above: drive, fill up, remove your gear and rubbish</li>\n<li>Enter through the gate and proceed up the driveway</li>\n<li>Please park your vehicle in the carpark beside the office building</li>\n<li>Next up, check the windows are all closed, then lock the car</li>\n<li>Return keys in the Key Return Box located on the office building</li>\n<li>We’re sad to say it, but you’re now free to depart. "excessReductionDescription": "<p style=\"text-align:right;\"><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">*If using a debit card, a $300 security bond is required even with Stress Free & Stress Free Plus.</span></p><p> </p><p>PLEASE NOTE:</p><ul><li>For hires of 51 days and over, a maximum of 50 days excess reduction premium will be charged.</li><li>It is your responsibility to collect accurate third party details in the event of an accident, regardless of what excess reduction cover you have taken, and regardless also of fault.</li><li>If Stress Free Plus excess reduction is not taken, and roof/rooftop pod damage or single vehicle rollover incident occurs, a charge of up to $5,000 will apply to cover damage to the JUCY vehicle and any third party vehicle and/or property.</li><li>If Risk Taker excess reduction is chosen:<ul><li>A bond to cover the excess will be pre-authorised for security on the hirer’s credit card, even if you have alternative insurance with another provider. </li><li>All or part of this bond will be claimed by JUCY in the event of an accident and will be retained until the value of the damage is determined. Any balance between the bond and the damage cost will be returned as soon as is practical.</li><li>Any costs to repair damage caused by a third party may not be recoverable as insurance is not compulsory in Australia.</li></ul></li><li>If you are on Stress Free or Stress Free plus and don't have a credit card and are providing a debit card at the time of pickup, JUCY will hold a $300 security bond to cover any infringements and/or charges that may occur whilst on hire e.g. Tolls, speeding fines, cleaning fees, camping fines etc. </li><li>JUCY’s excess reduction options are null and void if any of the Rental Agreement terms and conditions are breached, in which case you will be liable for the full cost of damage.
