Collect your bags and call us to request your free JUCY shuttle ride.
Step 3
Exit the airport and walk to the shuttle meeting point. It’s at the shuttle/car rental pick-up zone, in front of the Jetstar check-in area.

It’s super important that you check in online before arriving at the branch – so click here if you haven’t done this already! Then it’s time for the fun bit – your vehicle show-through! We’ll give you the grand tour of your new home-on-wheels and reveal a few hidden JUCY secrets along the way.

Please swing by at least an hour before closing – that’s by 3 pm each day.

Awww, is it really goodbye? Okay, let’s make it quick (before we get emotional).
Cruise back to 157 Orchard Rd, Christchurch. We recommend dropping off your JUCY campervan or motorhome at least 45 minutes before you need to be at the airport.
Fuel up! If you forgot, no stress, there’s a BP gas station on Russley Rd for a fast top-up.
Next, grab all your stuff. Trust us: check under seats, behind cushions, and in the fridge. Don’t forget your sunnies, togs, or that sneaky single sandal. And yep, we’d love it if you could toss your rubbish too.
Don’t forget to take one last selfie with your ride before you say goodbye! For the mems!
Then, hand your keys to our friendly JUCY crew, and you’re good to go! Jump on our free shuttle to the airport, and we’ll do our best not to cry as we wave you off.
All returns must be during office hours: no after-hours drop-offs.
